OCR extracts selected fields; submitted values are compared; available official or approved sources are queried; the system records matched, mismatched and unavailable results.
Review routes
A complete genuine match may be recommended for simplified review. Missing, conflicting, expired or unverifiable information is routed to standard human review.
No hidden automatic rejection
PickMeAway does not permanently reject a company solely because OCR or a registry connector reports a mismatch. An authorised reviewer must consider the evidence.
Human review and correction
Applicants may correct OCR errors, provide updated evidence, explain discrepancies and request meaningful human review by contacting partner@pickmeaway.com.
Provider status
Where no official connection is configured, the interface states “not configured” and cannot mark the application as externally verified.
