Transport Partner Terms
Core conditions for companies and independent transport operators joining PickMeAway.
Authority and accuracy
The applicant confirms authority to represent the business and that submitted company, tax, licence, insurance, vehicle and driver information is complete and current.
Independent service provider
The transport company remains responsible for licences, taxes, drivers, vehicles, insurance, passenger safety and performance of transport. PickMeAway provides marketplace, marketing, booking and operational technology unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
Approval and monitoring
Registration does not guarantee approval. PickMeAway may request evidence, verify registers, limit dispatch, suspend accounts or require renewed documents where credentials expire or risk is identified.
Orders and dispatch
Only approved drivers and eligible vehicles may receive orders. Companies must keep order status and operational contact details accurate and follow the displayed fare, cancellation and customer-service rules.
Liability and termination
Final liability, settlement, commission, complaints, indemnities, governing law and termination rules will be confirmed in the country-specific commercial agreement before paid operations begin.
