PickMeAway
VERSION 2026-11-01

Partner Privacy Notice

How PickMeAway collects, verifies, uses and protects company representative, driver and document information.

Who controls the data

PickMeAway operates the partner onboarding platform. Contact: privacy@pickmeaway.com. The final contracting entity and local representative details will be added before commercial launch.

Information we collect

Company registration and tax details; transport licences; insurance and vehicle records; representative and account contact details; uploaded documents; verification results; security and audit records. Identity documents are requested only where registry information is insufficient or risk-based verification requires them.

Purposes and legal bases

We use the data to assess applications, prepare and perform partner contracts, meet transport, tax and compliance duties, prevent fraud, secure accounts, dispatch orders and handle disputes. Required processing is not based solely on consent.

Verification and sources

Uploaded documents may be read by OCR and compared with official registers or verification providers. We record the source and result. Until a provider is connected, applications remain in standard human review and are not shown as verified.

Recipients and transfers

Access is limited to authorised PickMeAway reviewers and contracted hosting, security, OCR, registry-check, payment or professional advisers as necessary. International transfers require an applicable legal mechanism and safeguards.

Retention and security

We keep data only for the onboarding, contract, statutory and dispute periods that apply. Rejected or withdrawn applications and raw identity copies are reviewed for earlier deletion. Files use restricted access, audit logs and protected storage.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection and may complain to the relevant supervisory authority. Contact privacy@pickmeaway.com.

This operational draft must be reviewed by qualified local counsel before commercial launch in each country.
